I placed an order, but never received an order confirmation
You should receive an order confirmation upon placing an order with us. If you have not, peek over to your junk/spam folder. Still can’t find it? Drop us a line here so we can be of assistance.
Can you customise a garment for me?
Unfortunately, we do not take made to measure orders now in order to keep our prices affordable.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Of course! All of our packages are folded and wrapped nicely in Beemores' cloth bag, just like a gift. We could include a personalized note upon request. Just remember to include your message in comment box below your cart before checking out so we know that it is a gift.
PAYMENT
What are the available modes of payment?
Malaysia Order - We accept major credit/ debit cards payment, eWallet and online banking. International Order - We accept major credit/ debit cards payment.
Can I pay in my local currency (for Singapore order)?
We’re so sorry, we only accept Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for payment now. However, you can use our currency conversion to estimate the order amount in your currency.
How do I use my discount code?
When you are ready to checkout, just hit the 'Checkout' button and you may enter your discount code in the space provided and hit 'Apply'. Your bill will then tally accordingly.
DELIVERY
When will you ship my order?
All orders will be processed and shipped out within 1 – 2 working days, excludes weekends & public holiday.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
It should take 1 – 3 working days for West Malaysia (WM) and 3 – 7 working days to East Malaysia (EM) and Singapore, excludes weekends & public holiday.
How much is the shipping fee?
We charge a flat rate at RM8 for WM, RM18 for EM and RM27 for Singapore delivery. Free shipping applicable for WM & EM with minimum purchase. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery for further details.
To which countries do you deliver?
We ship to Malaysia and Singapore. However, we are always looking to expand to other countries in very near future. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery for further details.
How can I track my order?
Once the shipment is out, you will be notified via e-mail containing a tracking code. You may then use the code to track your order from the link provided in the e-mail. Please wait for at least 24 hours after the item(s) have been shipped for tracking details to be available.
EXCHANGES
Can I exchange or return an item I purchased?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange or return, except for size exchange, However, your will need to pay for shipping fees for back and forth. In cases where the preferred size is out of stock, amount will be refunded in store credit within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. Please contact us here.
What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
We’re so sorry about that. At Beemores, our QC team inspected every item to make sure it was in the best possible condition before shipping. If you received a faulty or wrong item please contact our customer service team here within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. Visit our Returns Policy for more information.
